An inside view into street style coolhunting with Trendycrew

Like you would ask any friend to give you a in-depth report about that party you sadly missed, I decided to discover what had been going on in the streets of Milan and Paris during the latest Fashion Weeks by asking my good friend Tatel Velasquez, from Trendycrew, about it.
During the last seasons we had been sharing days of fashionista adventures at Paris fashion shows but since it was impossible for me to attend this time I thought there would be no better person than her to shed some light into all my existential enquiries. _ The trend: the sporty mood, by wearing sneakers, a baseball cap or a sweatshirt.
_ The garment: the green sweatshirt by Kenzo! I saw it so many times I couldn’t help it and ended up checking it at the shop: 190€
_ The accessory: iPhone covers in the shape of little bunnies, little kittens, little mice… The childisher, the better!
_ The color: still with the mix & match!
_ The figure: Two in this case. Designer Okssana and her sexy princess style dresses and photographer Zhanna Romashka, with her three daily different outfits. Pretty commented among the photographers.
_ The celebrities: Kanye West, Olivia Palermo, Leigh Lezark, Kristen Stewart… nothing new.
_ The model of the season: I would also mention two, Cara Delevingne and Hanne Gaby Odiele. Both super friendly and always willing to pose for photographers.
_ Everybody wanted a picture of: Ulyana Sergeenko, Anna Dello Russo, Elisa Nalin, Ece Sukan, Natalie Joos, the classics.
_ The coolest, according to you: Justin O’Shea. I’m still sighing…
_ Everybody was talking about: the campaign Valentino did with some bloggers, gifting them with red studded kitten heels.
_ The most expected show: No doubt, YSL and Dior. Dior was in a different location this time, much better to take pictures without the risk of being run over by a car. Also, the place was nicer than the previous.
_ The anecdote: The constant fighst among street style photographers and the missunderstandings in Vivienne Westwood’s line that provoked that editors and stylists left the place when they found out they had to wait on an eternal line to have their identification checked.
_ The discovery: Two amazing restaurants. In Milan, Spontini; forget pizza arrabiata, with ham or whatever. Here it is all back to basics; they only have tomato and cheese pizza. In Paris, the best vegetarian I’ve ever tried in my life : Saravana Bhavan.
_ And finally, how much did you miss me? A lot!!!
- What about a challenge for next season? Maybe a meeting half-way in New York… I would love to, although it is a little bit out of my budget, I have to find somebody willing to sponsor that!

Igual que le pedirías a cualquier amiga un informe detallado sobre aquella fiesta que desafortunadamente te perdiste, decidí que no había manera de mejor de descubrir todo lo que había ocurrido estos días en las calles de París y Milán durante sus semanas de la moda que preguntando a mi buena amiga Tatel Velásquez de Trendycrew.
Durante las últimas temporadas hemos compartido días de aventuras fashionistas durante los desfiles de París pero como esta vez me fue imposible atender creí que no habría nadie mejor que ella para arrojar algo de luz sobre mis dudas más existenciales. _ La tendencia: el look sporty , ya sea llevando unas zapatillas, una gorra de béisbol o una sudadera.
_ La prenda: ¡la sudadera verde de Kenzo! La vi en tantas ocasiones que no puede resistirme y al pasar por su tienda miré el precio: 190€
_ El complemento: las fundas del iPhone en forma de conejitos, gatitos, ratoncitos… Cuanto más infantil y grande sea ¡mejor!
_ El color: ¡seguimos con el mix & match!
_ El personaje: Dos, en este caso. La diseñadora Okssana y sus vestidos de sexy princess style y la fotógrafa Zhanna Romashka, con sus 3 cambios de look diarios. De lo más comentado entre los fotógrafos.
_ Las celebrities: Kanye West, Olivia Palermo, Leigh Lezark, Kristen Stewart… nada nuevo.
_ La modelo de la temporada: Diría que hay dos, Cara Delevingne y Hanne Gaby Odiele. Las dos súper amables y siempre dispuestas a posar para los fotógrafos.
_ Todo el mundo quería cazar a: Ulyana Sergeenko, Anna Dello Russo, Elisa Nalin, Ece Sukan, Natalie Joos, lás clásicas.
_ El más cool a tu parecer: Justin O’Shea. Aún suspiro…
_ En la calle se hablaba de: la campaña de Valentino regalando kitten heels de tachuelas, en rojo, a muchas bloggers.
_ El show más esperado: Sin duda, YSL y Dior. Esta vez Dior fue en un sitio distinto, mucho mejor a la hora de hacer fotos y evitar ser arrollado por un coche. Además, estéticamente era mucho más agradable.
_ La anécdota: Las constantes peleas entre los fotógrafos de street style y los malentendidos en la cola de Vivienne Westwood que provocaron la marcha de editoras y estilistas al descubrir que tenían que hacer una cola larguísima para la comprobación de la identificación.
_ El descubrimiento: Dos restaurantes que me dejaron fascinada. En Milán, Spontini; olvídate de la pizza arrabiata o con jamón. Aquí es todo una vuelta a los básicos; solo tienen pizza de tomate y queso. En París, el mejor vegetariano que he probado en mi vida: Saravana Bhavan.
_ Y por último, ¿cuánto me echaste de menos? ¡¡¡Muchísimo!!!
- ¿Qué tal un reto para la próxima temporada? Algo así como un encuentro a medio camino en Nueva York… Me encantaría pero se me sale un poco del presupuesto, ¡a ver si encuentro quien me lo financie!
Lo del desfile de Vivienne Westwood fue muy fuerte, contenta tiene que estar Miss Vivienne…
