Rodarte meets Opening Ceremony
Inspiration comes from a Scandinavian romance, a nostalgic Nordic dream displayed in pastel shades with touches of cyan, ochre, mint green and black.
With delicate silks and ruffles, Fair Isle prints, trousers embroidered with paillettes, their already signature cut-out dresses, garments in fur and leather and prints with flowers or checks, among others, Rodarte sisters give shape once again to a new and delightful collection, this time in collaboration with American label Opening Ceremony.

La inspiración parte de un romance escandinavo, un nostálgico sueño nórdico que se desgrana en tonos pastel con toques de cyan, mostaza, verde menta y negro.
A base de delicadas sedas y volantes, grecas en punto, pantalones bordados con paillettes, sus vestidos de estratégicas aberturas convertidos ya en especialidad de la casa, prendas de pelo y cuero y estampados de flores o cuadros, entre otros, las hermanas de Rodarte dan forma a una nueva y deliciosa colección, esta vez en colaboración con la marca norteamericana Opening Ceremony.

It’s interesting to see Rodarte’s textural asethetic pared down into cleaner silhouettes. I’m not sure overall but I do like that black slashed skirt.
