Sunny Suits is a Californian photographer -living at the moment in Paris-, that discovered her passion for photography in 2001, when one of her friends gave her his old camera for her then first trip to Europe.
Since then, and adding up professional experiences next to people like Nan Goldin, Jack Pierson or Mary Ellen Mark, Sunny coherently developed her own graphic discourse according to her main references; thus her intimate narrative, her incursions of voyeuristic mood and the natural feeling in her images. Sunny Suits es una fotógrafa californiana que vive actualmente en París y que descubrió su pasión por la fotografía en el año 2001, cuando un amigo le regaló su antigua cámara de fotos para el que era entonces su primer viaje por Europa.
A partir de ahí, y sumando experiencias profesionales junto a nombres como Nan Goldin, Jack Pierson o Mary Ellen Mark, Sunny desarrolló su propio discurso gráfico en coherencia con los que habían sido hasta entonces sus principales referentes; de ahí su narrativa intimista, sus incursiones de aire voyeurístico y la naturalidad de sus imágenes.
